Union and Communion

October 12, 2021

There is a Man with scars in His hands
awaiting His bride to clasp on

To leave father and mother and cling to Another
‘til this Night breaks forth into Dawn

Union and Communion — the birthright of Eden
the snake sought to rob us and failed

“til death do us part” can’t belong in our vows
for the Man with scars tore the veil
